These Terms of Service govern your use of the Artelier SG website and the purchase of artworks from our gallery. By using this site or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

1. Provider: Artelier SG Pte. Ltd. (UEN 2024XXXXX), registered at 277 Orchard Road, #03-12 Orchard Gateway, Singapore 238858.

2. Artwork Listings: All artworks are described to the best of our ability. Colors may vary slightly due to screen calibration. Each artwork is sold with a certificate of authenticity. Prices are in SGD and include GST unless stated otherwise.

3. Orders & Payment: Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. Payment is processed securely via third-party gateways; we do not store your payment details.

4. Shipping & Delivery: Free white-glove delivery and installation within Singapore for orders above $800. Standard delivery within 3–5 business days. International shipping is available upon request — please contact us for a quote. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds: You have a 14-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied, contact us to arrange a return. Artworks must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive the returned artwork. Shipping costs for returns are borne by the buyer unless the artwork arrived damaged.

6. Intellectual Property: All content on this website, including images, text, and logos, is the property of Artelier SG or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability: Artelier SG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of artworks, to the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law.

8. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.

Artelier SG provides art advisory and sales services. While art can appreciate in value, it is not a guaranteed investment. The value of artwork may go down as well as up, and past performance of artists or specific pieces does not guarantee future returns.

• Liquidity Risk: Art is an illiquid asset. Reselling artwork may take time and may not always be possible at the desired price.
